The History of The Frame Tamer System
We appreciate your interest in our product, The Frame Tamer.
Ed Gibson developed and patented (# 6,112,875) The Frame Tamer system. In 1999 set up The Dean Company Inc. for marketing and manufacturing of the The Frame Tamer ( Made in the U.S.A.).
The expense of replacing deteriorating conveyor systems is astronomical. Ed Gibson owner of The Dean Company Inc. has developed The Frame Tamer as a means of correcting the distortion caused by years of wear on your existing conveyor frames. Correcting this distortion eliminates your need to replace the entire conveyor system for several years.
After years of use the side frame of your conveyor will start to wear. As you know, this will result in various problems ranging from noise control, to belt tracking problems, stress on the drives and photo eye alignment issues. Currently, the typical plant manager has only one option for addressing these issues. If he does not want to replace the entire conveyor system, he replaces expensive conveyor components. Generally, these solutions do not correct the issue without eventually replacing the entire system.
