Our patented process for laminating UHMW to Aluminum produces a product that not only re-aligns the hex openings on the frame, but also provides a shock absorber to reduce the natural vibration of the rollers. This in turn reduces noise levels by more than 50% in most cases. The re-alignment of the hex openings addresses issues of the mis-alighned rollers , mis-aligned belt and/or padded chain tracking, and mis-aligned photo eyes. Consequently, the stress and wear to the drives is drastically reduced. The combination of all these benefits provides an extended life to the overall existing system.
